ICT System Engineer

ICT SYSTEM ENGINEER

Here‘s what you’ll be up to

Responsabilities

As ICT System Engineer, you will, together with the ICT System Architect, cover the management and the
support of the whole ICT infrastructure within the company. You will ensure the support of internal clients
related to IT equipment and application.

Server Management:

Installation, configuration and upgrade of the Windows server platform (physical and virtual).
Administration, maintenance and resolution of the issues and problems.

Network Management:

Installation and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
Manage the security aspects to ensure a safe environment.

Responsabilities

Internal IT support:

Support on all hardware and software set at the disposal of the employees.
Use of trouble ticketing system for IT support activities.

System Architecture:

Assist in the selection and the implementation of a new infrastructure.

Administration & Reporting:

Maintenance of the documentation related to the whole environment.
Asset management (hardware, software)

You’re the perfect fit:

your education, knowledge & work experience

Bachelor degree IT
Min. 0-5 years’ experience in a User Support position or hands-on experience in the ICT.
Expertise in IT equipment’s and applications

Server:

Windows Server 2008➔2019
Active Directory + Azure AD
SharePoint Online
Exchange Online
DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RADIUS,KMS
SQL server

Desktop:

MS Windows (7 and 10)
Windows imaging (Sysprep)

Virtualization:

VMware + vSphere
ESXi servers

Scripting:

Powershell
PnP Powershell

Software & tools:

O365 administration and management
MS Office O365 desktop clients
MS TEAMS
Knowledge about storage (NAS, SAN, LUN, RAID, Backup, Restore), networking (firewalls such as
FortiGate, Enterasys switching, patching management) & Security (antivirus management server,
cyber security tools) are a big plus.

Recognize this skill set?

Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English. Excellent written English.
