Key Account Manager

Here‘s what you’ll be up to

Take the lead in all things sales, promotion, and relationship management:

  • Identify clients’ short and medium requirements surrounding voice, data, video, and network solutions
  • Identify new opportunities in the market, or in our existing portfolio
  • Forge and maintain excellent relations with Key Accounts’ mid and higher-level management
  • Delve into the exciting world of ports, airports, and projects for governments, cities & municipalities

Wield our highly innovative and specialized resources to get results, and become part of a driven and motivated team of Sales professionals.

The commercial side of your career

  • Draft and execute account plans to promote and position Tein Technology’s solutions.
  • Define winning strategies for each offer together with our General Manager
  • Forge relationships built on trust wit hour internal and external clients, prospects, and partners
  • Pilot the entire internal proposition process
  • Assemble a motivated team of experts to draw up winning offers
  • Negotiate contracts in close collaboration with our Risk & Contract Advisor
  • Ensure commercial follow-up of offers
  • Keep track of market evolution, and identify potentially interesting new markets
  • Propose tailored marketing related actions for each client and prospect

Recognize this skill set?

  1. Sales-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding negotiation skills and proven sales experience
  2. Relationship-builder with an extensive public sector network, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the focus to deliver on long-term projects
  3. Experience in public tendering, and a good grasp of the industry of integrated network-based voice, data, and video solutions
  4. Flawless in Dutch, and with a decent understanding of the English language

You’re the perfect fit

Education, knowledge & work experience

  1. Industrial engineer/HST – or equivalent by experience
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in sales of integrated solutions, or the IT industry
