Data Classification Levels

• Public

Documents that are not confidential to both internal employees and external parties.

• Customer confidential

Documents that are kept confidential between those parties for whom they are intended. Typical documents are offers, contracts, nda’s etc. between Tein Technology and its customers, prospects,  partners, suppliers are individuals.

• Company confidential

Documents that are kept confidential between the parties to whom these documents are addressed within Tein Technology. These documents are not for external use, only for Tein Technology staff and or its contractors.

• Strictly confidential

Highly confidential documents such as HR, Finance or Management information or decisions.
