Get to know Tein Technology’s new Business Developer

Human-centricity is key in every aspect of our business

A brand-new chapter in

Customer relations

With Stefan Poth joining the ranks of our #TeinTalents, Tein Technology is set for a new and ambitious chapter in customer relations.

Boasting a background at Knürr and Creon (control room furniture) and an impressive network in the industry, Stefan is the right guy at the right place.

From here on, he’ll be in charge of liaising with prospects and potential clients, forging future collaborations to improve mission-critical operations.

The human link: users, tech, and control room environments

We sat down with Stefan to pick his brain about this role, his future, his ambitions – and how he plans to enhance human-centricity in an environment too often led by technology.

All right, Stefan: are you up for it?

“I sure am! I’ve known Tein Technology for some time now, working together with the team on multiple projects. In my previous jobs, my focus was on control room furniture.”

“We bumped into the Tein crew on multiple occasions. We even worked together on Tein Technology’s Experience Room. I helped design it!”

“Good to see it in full effect now it’s finished. It truly is one-of-a-kind in Belgium.”

The focus on human-centricity in my approach is very much in line with what Tein Technology already does in control rooms: putting people first by building solutions around them and their needs.

What role will you be playing at Tein Technology?

“First and foremost, I will be reaching out to potential clients which can benefit from Tein Technology’s solutions.”

“I’m looking to expand our reach, exploring new industries and partnerships, to diversify our client portfolio and show that our solutions make the difference in every situation.”

“It’s my job to pair solutions to clients’ needs. Finding a match between the two. My extensive network might be a trump card in that regard. I’ve been in the business for over 22 years now.”

Are you looking forward to mastering our technology?

“I think our engineers are doing a wonderful job at that already” (smiles). “Of course, I’m fully up to speed on the potential of our technological solutions. However, I’ll be fully focused on managing the human side of things, forging partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.”

“The focus on human-centricity in my approach is very much in line with what Tein Technology already does in control rooms: putting people first by building solutions around them and their needs. I’m here to take this aspect to the next level.”

Stefan is available, starting now. If you want to discuss control room solutions for your business: he’s your guy. Don’t hesitate to reach out and get acquainted.

So, what are your expectations for working at Tein Technology?

“Like I said, merging technology with human-centricity and solid relationships is one aspect I aim to cultivate.”

“On top of that, I’m just looking forward to working with the many talents here. It’s a great company, with highly experienced people. I’m quite happy to be a driver of growth for a business like ours.”
