Service Delivery Officer

Here‘s what you’ll be up to

As an ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 certified company, we give our commitment to provide quality amongst all aspects of our business. This is also the case on Service Delivery, where we provide quality service, information and assistance on our running maintenance contracts. In the role as a Service Delivery Officer, you will take the lead in all aspects with regards to continual improvement.

Providing the correct data, in the correct format for the right person at the right time is an important part of the job. We are looking for someone who takes the responsibility on creating and follow-up documentation related to quality aspects, maintenance contracts and service level reports. You will also coordinate the setup of the tools that are needed in order to mease the required internal and external Key Performance Indicators.

You will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, and you will team up with the Team Lead, the Service Level Manager and the system experts, being the core team on integrated service management within Tein Technology.

  • You have excellent writing skills (Service level reports, quality documents)
  • You work accurately, so you can maintain and oversee a consistent quality on our deliverables.
  • You enjoy working independently and know how to set priorities.
  • Action oriented.
  • Quality focus and attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good relationship management skills (internal and external customers).
  • Risk awareness and focus

You’re the perfect fit

Education, knowledge & work experience

  1. Do you have a professional bachelor or master’s degree (in any area)?
  2. Do you have affinity with service delivery within a technological environment?
  3. Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role? Or are you willing to step up in your career?
  4. Do you have experience with or are eager to learn ERP-systems (SAP, Business Dynamics)?
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, visio, …)
